2.The Paintings shall be sent unframed and unstreched.

3.(a)Full payment in advance i.e at the time of placing order.
(b) Orders once placed are irrevocable & payment received shall not be refundable in any circumstances.

The normal delivery time that we need to assure delivery on a desired date is 10 working days. If you have asked for delivery in lesser than 10 days, we will try to deliver this as per your requested delivery date, but we cannot guarantee the same. We will despatch the merchandise as soon as possible, and inform you as well. Unless we hear from you specifically in this regard, we assume that this is acceptable to you.

Below each product display, an "Add To Shopping Cart" button has been provided. Clicking on this button for a specific product will add that item to your account. Once you have gone through the product range and finished adding the painting/(s) you want to buy, click on the "View Shopping Cart / Checkout" button provided on each page. You will see all the items you have selected and their price, as well as the total amount payable. After checking out, a form will be provided where you can type in any message you want to send with the bought items.

NOTE: To protect you from fraud and unauthorized use, this order can only be shipped to the credit card billing address.

6. When you view your Shopping Cart or checkout with your selected products, please follow these instructions while filling out the shipping details form: In the 'Shipping To' field, please choose the "All other countries" option. In the 'Shipping address' field, please enter the address of the person to whom you want to send the painting, i.e., the recipient address. In the 'Special Instructions' field, please enter the DATE on which you want the painting to be delivered. Please return back to our site from the link on the form, for keying in the message that you would like to send with the painting, to the receiver.

7.Upon completion of delivery, we will forward to you a copy of acknowledgment (as an email attachment). That will also be proof of the order execution.

8 .All paintings will be delivered by courier .The 10 days delivery assurance is for most locations across the world. In case your recipient address is a very small town which is not serviced by leading couriers, we may need to send the painting by registered parcel which may take more time.

9. Every care and precaution will be taken by us to ensure proper quality and timely delivery of the paintings. However, in the unlikely case of any unforeseen circumstances which prevents us from making the delivery, our liability will be restricted to the order amount.

10. Shipping Policy

Prices mentioned against each artwork are the final cost to the buyer - There are no hidden costs.Price is inclusive of the painting item, packing and delivery up to the destination given by you. Customs duties and any other local charges will be charged extra to your account. Shipping for all orders above US$ 50 will be through the DHL . Shipping may also be done by any other carrier, if such a request is made by the buyer. Shipping for order below US$ 50 may also be done through DHL, at the sole discretion of Tihar Administration. In case a shipment of value less than US $50 is not shipped by DHL, the shipment will be sent by normal Air Mail. Delivery for such shipments will normally take place between 8 to 10 days.

We ship to all all countries having Diplomatic relations with India.

Tracking Number

After the dispatch of the Shipment through FedExTM, the customer shall be communicated a twelve digit Internet tracking number, which can be tracked on the FedExTM web site www.fedex.com. This number normally becomes operational within 24 hours of dispatch. After the number has become operational and has been provided to the buyer, the article shall be deemed to be delivered to the buyer.

Period of Delivery

The normal period for delivery to US destinations is between 3 to 5 business days. However, Thar Administarion does not guarantee any time limit of delivery. In odd instances, a consignment may be delayed due to extraneous circumstances such as delayed Customs clearance, Flight delays, etc. The above policy is applicable to Retail Orders only.
